   Very Frugal: * Overtime pay +xx p more (Complete joke) * No paid lunch (you can't leave site on your breaks) * Nightshift allowance is very low: 70p (And it covers only eight hours) * A lot of promises before you get employed, but then you lot go task you observe out all lies. * Picking system is bad. Should be time based.
